This way, they can prepare themselves for the drops and plan their day around it. Next, Bear Communications calls the customer a day before the scheduled drop to confirm the appointment. Our management team follows up again once the drop is completed to ensure the technician spoke with the customer or attached a door tag if the customer was unavailable.
